Terms and Conditions
All prices, terms, and publication dates are subject to change without notice. Back orders will be canceled after six months unless otherwise requested.
DISCOUNTS
Please call or email us for appropriate discount information. Nonprofit groups and literacy programs may be entitled to additional discounts. Direct all inquiries to orders@starbrightbooks.com or (617) 354-1300.
FREIGHT
Shipping rates are applied to all orders. Our standard shipping method is USPS Media Mail. Additional charges will apply for UPS and FedEx shipments, or you may provide your carrier account number. Domestic freight shipments, international shipments, and shipments to freight forwarders will incur additional fees.
SHIPPING ERRORS
Please notify us immediately regarding short-shipments, non-receipts, and damages so we can make proper corrections. All claims must be made within 30 days of invoice date. No credit will be issued after 30 days.
DAMAGED BOOKS
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take pictures of the books and boxes and email them to orders@starbrightbooks.com, along with the invoice number. Keep all merchandise until otherwise instructed. Damage claims must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
RETURNS

Books can be returned for credit only. No refunds or payments will be issued. Only books bought directly from Star Bright Books at a returnable discount will be accepted. Please provide the corresponding invoice number for each title. Books may be returned within one year of the invoice date. Please pack your books carefully. Credit will not be issued for damaged, signed, or stickered books. Credits are valid for one year from the date of a written credit note.
